How do I book an event?

You can submit a request through the "Book Now" button posted throughout our website. You will receive a confirmation email and we will call you to confirm details of your booking. After we finalize the details, you will receive a secure link with an invoice. A non-refundable booking fee is required within 24 hours to hold your date with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event.Services are first come/ first serve. Without a paid booking fee, the date of your event is not guaranteed. Booking fee is non-refundable.

What information do you need for booking?

We’ll need your name, contact information (phone and email), date and time of your event, party address, and a contact for the day of (if different than you.)Additional information that is helpful includes the name of the guest of honor, the reason for celebrating, and your party theme. Please also let us know if there are any additional parking or logistical concerns.

How much is the booking fee?

For balloon twisting/entertainment packages, there is a non-refundable booking fee of $75 due within 24 hours to secure the date for your event. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.For balloon decor packages, there is a nonrefundable booking fee of 50% due within 24 hours to secure the date of your event. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.Services are first come/ first serve. Without a paid booking fee, the date of your event is not guaranteed. Booking fee is non-refundable.

What is your service area and travel fees?

Accepted Answer

Happy Hour Balloons services the Phoenix, AZ metro area including but not limited to:Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, and Surprise. We are open to travel outside of the area.If more than 30 miles outside the radius of 85258, a travel fee of $4 per mile will be added.
