What is your delivery and set up fee for decor?

Accepted Answer

The delivery and set up fee is $150 or 5% of the total decor package if it’s over $3000. This fee includes costs for delivery, setting up the event, break down of event, and added logistical concerns.If more than 30 miles outside the radius of 85258, a travel fee of $4 per mile will be added.

How long does it take for set up and break down of decor?

Accepted Answer

This depends on the scale of your event and the logistics of the venue. We do our best to keep set up time to no more than two hours. We inflate as much as we can off site so that we can focus on only setting up the balloons when we get to your venue.Break down is always the quickest part but also depends on the scale of your event. We do our best to keep break down time to less than an hour unless you have a larger scale event. Contact us for any concerns.

Do you offer custom decor?

Yes! Bespoke custom installations are our favorite! Just give us your theme and any inspiration you have, and we will design a balloon install that will bring your theme to life. We can even stay for your party and create custom balloon animals and balloon bracelets for each of your guests.
